HOW IT WORKS

To build a page from JPEGS/GIFS which you have scanned and manipulated
takes some time and skill.
To prepare a page of your completed submissions: £15

To scan your work from photographs and then colour manipulate them in Photoshop
to get the scan to match the colour of your photos as closely as possible
takes a lot more time and skill:
If you require me to scan & manipulate photographs: £20each

A single page of photographs you have submitted could cost you as little as £15
For me to prepare 2 pages with 5 photos in all would cost £130

If you need me to do this for you, then add a £10 admin fee to the price of the web address.
(Or, as I described above, you can negotiate your way to your page/s)

CONDITIONS

I'll design a logo for you pointing to your next page

Once a page has been set up
I charge £5 for changes to a page

SALE OF WORKS

This takes place between you and your buyer.

If a buyer reaches you through your page(s)
I would like a 10% commission of your sale price.

If your pages are just used in some way
- to show your buyer more works etc -
Then I would like a 5% commission of your sale price.

Here's my thinking on this:
I'm charging you a one-time setup fee for your page(s)
which could be as little as £15.
But I still have all kinds of ongoing running and admin costs.

I cannot be held responsible - legally or otherwise - for anything going wrong or for not meeting your demands or requirements etc - in short, this disclaimer encompasses everything pertaining to anything which may go wrong in your dealings with me and the luizart website.

Having made this disclaimer I'm far more interested in communication and negotiation, most of which can usually be done reasonably and pleasantly.

I've tried to cover all angles in the above. No doubt I haven't thought of some. But if we encounter any difficulties as we develop your page(s) I'm sure we'll be able to find a reasonable way through them
